A C Pre-Cast Concrete Wall is an architectural pre-cast wall-column construction system.
This product is primarily used as a compound wall system.
It is a quick and easy solution.

Quick and easy installation — about 108 linear feet (32.9 m) per day
Requires no plastering or surface preparation — can be directly painted to suit the customer’s choice
Available in 8 foot high (2.44 m) configuration for optimal privacy and security
No cracking, breakage or shrinkage after installation — as the walls are made of concrete with two expansion joints per span
Strong structural configuration — use of high grade concrete allows for reduced thickness and increased efficiency
Can be used as a sound reducing barrier against road vehicle noise
All weather resistant and earthquake resistant — unaffected by heat, dampness

As the columns are Hollow-Core, light poles or electric security fences can be easily fixed on to the wall column system

A C Pre-Cast Concrete Privacy Walls are suitable for use as boundary/perimeter/privacy/security walls and as noise reducing barriers on the road side in industrial or residential areas
These walls are currently used by industrial plants, warehouses, parks, gated communities/housing societies, commercial and educational establishments
Provision for light poles or electric security fence to be fixed in the column core is available.

Size of Hollow Core Column: 460mm (frontage) x 380mm
Size of Footing: As per soil condition (standard ϕ460mm x 1000mm)
Walls and Columns are manufactured in a controlled environment using concrete grade M30
Stone finish can also be incorporated in the wall.

PROBLEMS WITH CONVENTIONAL BLOCK MASONRY WALLS
